Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN) commits to storing any data provided through these means for a maximum period of one year, after which—following Recital 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation—appropriate measures will be taken to permanently delete your data from our files if retention is no longer necessary. Additionally, the organization commits to handling the data in a way that guarantees proper security and confidentiality, preventing unauthorized access or use of the personal data and the systems used for such purposes.
