In compliance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the data requested in our form will be included in a computerized database, which is managed solely by the entity with which you have shared such data—in this case, the Universidad Europea del Atlántico—for the purpose of responding to your request, managing our business contacts, and providing you with relevant information about our services and products.

When you share your Personal Data with us or when we collect it about you, we use it in accordance with this Confidentiality Agreement. Please read this information carefully. Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN) has its automated files with Personal Data duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency and listed in the General Data Protection Registry. You have the right at all times to access, rectify, restrict, delete, oppose, and request the portability of your data, as established by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We inform you that Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN) has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who is assigned a series of duties regulated under Article 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These duties include, among others, informing and advising the foundation, as well as monitoring its compliance with the GDPR. By accepting this Agreement, the user guarantees that the Personal Data provided is true and accurate and commits to notifying any changes or modifications to said data. Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete declaration or communication in the various forms or records will be the sole responsibility of the user.

Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN) may collect or receive your data through its website using digital forms. Further below, you will find more details about the purpose of processing your data, presented in a table with the following headings:

The data you provide through this digital form will be used exclusively by Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN) to create profiles of potential clients, manage the visitor registration system, or handle inquiries of relevant interest. Your data will be processed in accordance with the rules set forth by the General Data Protection Regulation, and based on the applicable current legal framework that governs such processing. Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN) commits to storing any data provided through these means for a maximum period of one year, after which—following Recital 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation—appropriate measures will be taken to permanently delete your data from our files if retention is no longer necessary. Additionally, the organization commits to handling the data in a way that guarantees proper security and confidentiality, preventing unauthorized access or use of the personal data and the systems used for such purposes.

The data subject may exercise their rights to access, rectify, limit, delete, object to, and port their data under the terms set by applicable law (Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data), by sending a written communication to: Data Support – Fundación Innovación y Desarrollo (FIDBAN), Calle Isabel Torres 21, 39011 – Santander (Spain). The authorizations mentioned above may be revoked by the student, without retroactive effect, as established by applicable legislation.
