Artesanos Alalunga is a family project, forged from the passion for gastronomy and the determination to offer the world the goodness of the Cantabrian coast. Its canned products are made from wild fish from the Cantabrian Sea obtained through sustainable fishing gear and respecting the seasons of each species, a basic matter to obtain the best possible result. The fish currently used are hake, cuttlefish, and albacore (this project is named after its scientific name: thunnus alalunga).
