The project aims to develop advanced diagnostic tests based on nanosensors to detect pathogens with zoonotic potential (diseases that can be transmitted between animals and humans). Based on the One Health approach, the proposal seeks funding to develop diagnostic tests based on nanosensors with 100% specificity and sensitivity, enabling the detection of pathogens with zoonotic potential in the general population, with a focus on rural communities and those with limited access to health care systems, while taking into account the environment and animals within the framework of One Health.
