Reity is the first Chilean platform that allows users to invest in tokenized real estate assets in a simple, fast, and secure way. Our solution addresses two long-standing barriers in the real estate market: the high cost of entry and the lack of liquidity. Through blockchain-based tokenization, Reity divides real estate assets into digital tokens, enabling them to be bought and sold in a matter of seconds and democratizing access to this asset class. Users can sell their tokens on our secondary market, and on average, they sell within 12 days—making it far more liquid than the traditional real estate market.
