A food product with the capacity to reduce cholesterol continuously over time. This venture aims to develop a product with the capacity to reduce cholesterol continuously over time. The functional bio-bars were born from the experience of one of the partners after analyzing their lifestyle and diet and developing a food substitute in the form of bars, achieving a reduction in cholesterol of 100 points in a period of 8 months. Currently, there are other functional foods that reduce cholesterol, but they do not maintain this reduction over time, only while they are ingested and up to a certain point (-10%), not in a continuous and sustained manner.
