A project that develops the concept of viniculture, combining activities such as archeology, painting, and music, with wine as an integrating element, in a protected area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. El Pendo winery is located in a unique place in Cantabria, next to the prehistoric caves that share the same name, declared a World Heritage Site. The winery occupies an old cowshed. The idea goes beyond a winemaking project and is part of the new tourism trends in which sustainability and viniculture take precedence: rural but cultural tourism.
